We have undertaken a 5 year, 4 phase plan to completely renovate and rejuvenate this ageing suburban office park.The core of the works are the deep retrofit and extension of Blocks 1, 2 & 3 to create a HQ standard building on par with any new inner city development. To facilitate this, phases 1 and 2 improved existing facilities on the site, including a full shell and core upgrade to Block 4, to allow the 1, 2 & 3 tenant to temporarily decamp during the main works.
