Bearna is a new neighbourhood designed to create sustainable, well-orientated, high-quality homes. The development will contain 121 residential units, with associated playgrounds and public open spaces.

The development was driven by a desire to connect, compliment, and benefit from a proposed biodiverse parkland along the banks of the Trusky stream. In addition, the density and diverse range of apartments, duplexes and houses has been designed to cater for a variety of future residents.
