MDO’s proposed development at Cross Avenue, Blackrock will create an attractive, high quality neighbourhood, with 221 residential units blending apartments, duplexes, houses, a creche, a community pavilion, play areas, and public open space.

The scheme has been carefully designed to create a sustainable, well-orientated, varied mixtures of houses, and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. At the heart of the scheme, an existing water feature has been realigned to form a large naturalized pond, spanned by a bridge which forms the primary access for pedestrians.
