GCS Residences

The Residences at Grand Canal Square form a pivotal role in the reactivation of Dublin’s waterfront, with 105 apartments combining with mixed-use retail to create a dynamic urban landscape. 

 

Each apartment has unique full-height windows, with concertina doors that fold completely back to connect living rooms to the outside. The façade is further enlivened by sliding glass screens, with a fritted finish providing privacy and dynamism throughout the building.
