Our design transforms a cube-farm office into one of choice and adaptability. Daylight floods over biophilic planting, timber, and sophisticated colourways in a calm, purposeful workplace.
We have done the programming and planning to ensure the best use of avaialble space, enhancing workplace flexibility & return to work enablement. Critical success factors for the workplace strategy we were creating were
inclusiveness, efficiency and adaptivnes.
A survey was compiled to canvas the opinions on methodology of works from the Senior Leading Team. Input was then sought from Managers in each department on the current head count and the likely projection of headcount to 2025.
