The design concept for the newly refurbished building was heavily influenced by the existing industrial legacy of the site and its location in the Dublin Docklands with sustainability playing a key role in the design approach.
Upgrades to the building fabric, mechanical & electrical systems, improvements in water usage and the careful selection of materials will all contribute to achieving LEED Gold certification.
The selection of materials and architectural language are robust and appropriate to the site, providing highquality, durable finishes and an elevated interpretation of the industrial aesthetic.
